Tom,

	Noone has been able to make it work yet, Juergen may have. I was
emailing him regarding it a month or two ago. I have been toying with it,
but, It seems that something has broken in the move from 2.0.x to 2.2.x in
the way that the driver uses the PCI stuff. I am porting it frome the old
2.0.x pcibios_* stuff to the new pci_* API to see if it helps at all, but,
who knows, I may be barking up the wrong tree. It seems like that is the
biggest change.
