usb conflict with wd719x

<x-flowed>I have 2 machines, a P150 and a PII-233 with USB support.  I can get the 
driver for my wd7193 to work on the P150, but I get a resource conflict when 
trying to put the card in my PII.  I can't disable USB in its bios, however 
I believe that the USB is what's causing my scsi card to fail.  Does anyone 
have any ideas on how to get around the USB to load the wd719x module?
